At KLXCards, we work hard to ensure your order is packed with care, shipped quickly, and arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns on any items — even if unopened.


🚫 No Returns or Refunds on Shipped Products

All sales are final. Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.

This policy applies to all sealed product lines, including but not limited to:

  • Booster Boxes & Packs
  • Collector Boxes
  • Preconstructed Decks
  • Preorders

This strict policy is in place to protect the integrity of our collectible products, where value can be affected by handling, tampering, or fluctuating market conditions.


📦 Order Issues or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you believe there has been an error in packing or shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

We are happy to assist and will do our best to resolve any issues — whether that means resending missing items, filing a claim, or providing a reasonable resolution.
