⏱ Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed same day or within 1 business day. We take pride in fast fulfillment — as soon as your order is in, we begin packing and prepping it for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
📬 Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days (via USPS or UPS)
- International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

🚨 Customs & Import Fees (International Only)
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are not included in the $50 flat shipping rate and are determined by your country’s regulations.
🔁 Preorders and Mixed Shipments
Orders containing preorder items will ship together once all products are available. If you’d like in-stock items shipped first, please place separate orders.
