📦 Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping: $5.00 within the U.S. and $50.00 for international orders. No surprises — no matter how much you order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually shipped the same day or within 1 business day. U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, and international shipping may take 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.


🕹 Preorders

When do preorder items ship?

Preorders ship on or just after their official release date. We always do our best to get them out on release day itself, depending on when we receive product from distributors.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders are final once placed. If you have an issue or made a mistake, please contact us and we’ll try to help before it ships.

Will in-stock items ship with my preorder?

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship them together once everything is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Are your Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, and Lorcana products authentic?

Absolutely. We only source sealed, authentic product from trusted distributors. No reseals, no counterfeits — ever.

Do you sell Japanese or international versions?

Yes! When applicable, we clearly label the language and region of all products. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us before purchasing.

What’s the difference between Collector Boosters and Play Boosters?

Collector Boosters are packed with premium foil, alternate-art, and showcase cards — ideal for collectors. Play Boosters are more affordable and great for drafting or casual openings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please reach out right away and we’ll do our best to help.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns once an item has shipped. However, if something is wrong with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.
